A: Hey… uhm… you know I have this problem. When I click reply on outlook a new window opens right?
C: Right.
A: Ok so when I start typing, its overwriting the old text!!!
C: What?
A: Yeah I’m typing over my old text you know? Something is wrong!
C: Have you tried to press INSERT?
A: (pressing INSERT) wow. That worked. You’ve gotta be a freak to know this stuff!
